About Me

Therapist's Approach

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy for adults, couples, and adolescents in a trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and relational way. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change comes from understanding ourselves more deeply and compassionately.

With over six years of experience in community mental health, school, inpatient psychiatric, and disability-focused settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. My work often focuses on the impact of early relationships and complex trauma on present-day struggles—especially around identity, self-worth, and connection with others.

I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems theories, as well as social justice and depth-oriented perspectives. In therapy, I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships.
