About Me
Therapist's Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy for adults, couples, and adolescents in a trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and relational way. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful change comes from understanding ourselves more deeply and compassionately.
With over seven years of experience in community mental health, school, inpatient psychiatric, and disability-focused settings, I’ve supported individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. My work often focuses on the impact of early relationships and complex trauma on present-day difficulties—especially around identity, self-worth, and connection with others.
I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems theories, as well as social justice and depth-oriented perspectives. In therapy, I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore patterns that may no longer serve you. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

“It is a joy to be hidden and a disaster not to be found.”
